- Maintain CRM accuracy and update pipeline stages daily
- Produce and send monthly maintenance reports to Oxide clients
- Opportunity to manage smaller-scale projects (eg. moving office)

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer / QA Lead to join us on a short-term contract on a project to uplift how we test and maintain a complex web application. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll design and implement testing systems that will live well beyond your time with us.
Oxide Interactive and MasterDocs share ownership and office space. You'll be employed by Oxide Interactive, but your work will support both companies.
About the role
You'll have the freedom to shape our testing approach from the ground up, make an immediate impact, and leave behind systems and practices that help our team deliver better software every day.
Open to full or part-time, based in Melbourne or Canberra. Salary negotiable on experience.
Key responsibilities
- Audit our current testing approach - manual and automated.
- Increase test coverage across critical features, APIs, and end-to-end workflows.
- Build standardised test templates and centralise functional test cases.
- Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline, so nothing gets merged without passing tests.
