Our challenge was to develop modern and creative design concepts that maintained brand continuity, aligned with the ACCC corporate identity and reinforced the key attributes of authority, trust, reliability and helpfulness—while being optimised to work across multiple digital channels.
The Australian Consumer and Competition Commission is Australia's competition regulator and national consumer law champion. Their SCAMwatch, Product Safety and Recalls websites were in need of a digital design refresh that reinforced their credibility, and could be used across a variety of digital channels.
