Representing Australia at Full Code Press

May 11th, 2009

I’m blowing the dust off our blog for some good news!

I have been selected as the graphic designer for the Australian team in the upcoming Full Code Press 2009 competition. The event is being held live in Sydney, at the Webforward conference at CeBIT 2009.

In a nutshell, teams of six from Australian and New Zealand compete to build a website for a charity in 24 hours. Naturally, there’ll be a massive amount of work involved and it should be a pretty intense 24 hours.

I was also shortlisted for the team back in 2007, for the inaugural Full Code Press. This year, I won a spot and it’s getting pretty exciting as the event is just around the corner!

I’m no stranger to powering through late nights, so I’m looking forward to the experience and working with a great team - which I’ll be meeting face-to-face for the first time tomorrow.

Go Aussies!
